Bio: Cloud Runner first arrived in Halcyon City about 12 years ago and quickly made a name for himself as a young rising hero. For the next decade and a bit, he's become a household name for those who love the spectacle of super heroism. All of his pr stuff is usually handled by his assistant Evangeline Myers.
What most people don't know is that he ran away from the Ivory Snake Monastery who had chosen him to be the Silver Fang.

Physical Description: Relatively tall (6'1''/186cm), East-Asian male. lean, athletic build with cloud tattoos running across his back and down his arms. Very handsome Idol-like face, with bright emerald eyes and medium length white hair. Wears grey and blue padded athletic wear with cloud motifs

Personality: Cloud Runner is very charming, witty and charismatic. He's a playboy hero who seems very shallow and self-absorbed on the surface, spending more time in nightclubs and at parties. Though, he was raised to be a weapon and during dangerous battles he can lock in and prove why. Shen see's much of his younger self in Erlang, and wants the kid to grow and enjoy life instead of duty... with mixed success.

What's known: Cloud Runner is very much known as a playboy, infamous for his glamorous lifestyle and celebrity appearances. He's known as being a regular of the Puffin Lounge and his appearance there actually makes the place much safer. His origins are mostly unkown to the people of Halcyon City.

Powers: Expert martial artist (Based in Snake Style Kung Fu and Jeet Kune Do), Qi enhancement (similar to the breathing style from Demon Slayer) that allows him to run across the sky as though he's walking on clouds.
