As Pied Piper, he doesn't really speak all too much outside of when it's necessary to discuss a plan or information but when he does it's usually to deliver a sarcastic remark. As Ariel Reyes, she takes on a fairly nonchalant demeanor with those she doesn't know but is quite caring and warm to those she cares for. She is reliable and straight to the point.

She decided to take on the identity of Pied Piper after her mom mysteriously disappeared. All she knows about the matter is that her mother was working for a prominent company, the project they were working on allegedly could change things in a big way and was kept under wraps. She suspects the company had something to do with it despite their outward pledge to help those in need. So, Ariel has vowed to not only uncover the truth surrounding her mother's disappearance but to help those in need and brig justice to those who would abuse their power.

She doesn't have any powers of her own, instead relying on the gadgets she builds as well her hacking abilities. She is able to teleport using gauntlets and boots she built to open portals, they are powered by a gem she found in her mother's belongings.

Pied Piper appearance wise: they wear a helmet that modifies their voice and displays little emoji faces. He wears a big oversized jacket and baggy pants. The only other notable thing would be their gauntlets and boots. Most of their tech is rat themed, hence the name he has chosen for his vigilante identity. Little robotic rats that sneak into places and survey, or that set up trip wires, etc.
