Waterdeep: Dungeon Heist [Campaign Session 14]

Previously on....

The party arrived at Xanathar's lair, encountering paladin Ceasar just outside! Heading in, they found Cain Curio's body in front of a set of doors. They went around a corner, fought a beholder zombie, and then a few of Xanathar's minions before the beholder himself showed up!

Xanathar demanded they kneel. They refused. Shayen and Ceasar were captured and placed into an arena cell, Steven and Agni made a run for it, and Balasar died to the monster's Death Ray while buying time for his allies to escape.
