Malacar is a fairly small man, standing only 5' 8" (172cm) tall, wiry but strong, with an abundance of dark freckles peppering his pale skin, brown eyes, and greying hair. He wears ballistic armor over a sturdy blue jumpsuit and seems to stand tensely, with a lot of energy, like a spring ready to release.
