📺 PREVIOUSLY ON CHAOTIC CHAOS…

Karuna found himself at the LEG Headquarters, listening as a finely dressed gentleman described the surroundings of a mysterious portal — a place that, according to LEG records, has not yet been reported. Karuna kept quiet, but when Ankh arrived, the two of them managed to pull more general information from the man. With the mystery deepening and danger likely, they agreed it would be foolish to travel alone.

Their next stop: the Inn of Infinite Doors.

There, they crossed paths with the Dragon’s Star trio and recruited BOB for his healing prowess and Balasar for his tank‑like durability. Corevuse joined soon after, forming a full party. Choosing to avoid the hazards of Grasping Grove, they instead traveled through Stomping Ground.

What awaited them was a landscape of rolling grassy hills and a cave entrance carved into a larger mound. Inside, they discovered bones, glowing lichen, and a suspiciously untrustworthy dwarf statue. A swarm of insects attacked but was swiftly dealt with. A hidden door revealed itself — and a cat slipped beneath it, vanishing deeper inside.

Following the same path, the party met a very alive dwarf who refused to leave his “safe” room, along with several pixies. One pixie, self‑proclaimed leader, assured them that local pixies were “generally” harmless. With warnings delivered, the group pressed on.

Their exploration brought them face‑to‑face with two tree‑like beings speaking an unknown language. The creatures attacked, but the party’s quick thinking turned them into small bonfires. Moving deeper, they found a room full of weasels. Ankh managed to convince the creatures that the party meant no harm, and Karuna — after locating the cat in a nearby corridor — won its affection, gaining the temporary loyalty of both cat and weasels.

Further in, they discovered an outdated but still fine coat. Beyond that, they finally met the “Ugly Greens”: two hags brewing something vile in a cauldron. The party blocked the exits, chaos erupted, and Maple narrowly avoided Balasar’s full‑force charge. Fireballs filled the room. As the last hag tried to flee, Balasar pinned him to the wall and Karuna knocked him out cold. While Karuna tied up the captive, Corevuse convinced the weasels to don the fine coat — creating the unforgettable sight of six weasels in a tuxedo.

And thus, the first chapter of this bizarre journey came to a close.
