What the HELL is happening?

A notice appears on the quest board. At this point it is regular business, a mysterious notice in beautiful handwriting, adorned with fine silver symbols written in ink as dark as midnight. It asks you to come to the nineth layer of hell to meet up in the throne room for a talk. It is not osmomun's handwriting and there are many smilies on the note :) Oh yeah its also signed by Asmodeus

• Please approach with proper care, just cause its emerald easy, it doesn't mean it is easy~
• Some of my quests will have a high difficulty to them. Prepare accordingly :) (This is probably one of them)
