🔒 RESTRICTED QUEST — CONFIDENTIAL ACCESS ONLY

This quest is not available for common access. Only adventurers granted access to this confidential operation are permitted to view, accept, or participate in the mission.

Recent intelligence has confirmed active movements belonging to VESPER.

Several VESPER personnel have been observed leaving Qori through multiple routes. Their groups have deliberately separated from one another while continuing westward.

More concerning are repeated reports of VESPER personnel transporting sealed black boxes.

The containers bear no identifiable markings or insignia. They appear to be handled with unusual caution, and those carrying them have taken measures to keep their contents concealed.

What lies inside the boxes remains unknown.

The purpose of VESPER's movement is equally unclear.

The operation has therefore been placed under Protocol Penumbra.

🎯 Main Mission

1. Track VESPER Movement
Follow the confirmed movements of VESPER personnel without exposing the operation.
2. Investigate the Black Boxes
Determine what VESPER is transporting and, if possible, identify the contents.
3. Determine Their Objective
Establish where they are going and what they intend to accomplish.
4. Hunt and Takedown
Once sufficient information has been obtained, capture or eliminate confirmed VESPER personnel.

• Prioritize information gathering before initiating the takedown.
• Do not assume every individual travelling west is affiliated with VESPER.

"We've spent enough time watching VESPER move through Qori."

"Now they're carrying something they clearly don't want anyone to see."

"Don't rush them."

"Follow the boxes. Find out what they're protecting."
