Dragon authorities have grown increasingly concerned after a heretic was brought into the magistracy's holds. They speak of Lord Moon's return, their cult centered around heretical interpretations of the celestial order, of an upheaval and coming apocalypse to the empire's way of life.

These are all, obviously, ramblings of a madman. But some of the man's words do bear weight. Like the mention of associates, how their cult grows like moss over stones. Mirumoto Taki has made a request for able bodied samurai to venture into No Man's Land and investigate one of the Cult's lairs.
