The common folk have been reporting the abduction and murder of their children, with witnesses describing a woman carrying away infants, dressed head-to-toe in white. In spite of the best efforts of Ashigaru, she has not yet been captured, and the rising tide of dread has brought the threat of mob violence to those Samurai tasked with keeping the peace. They have therefore called for a group of Samurai to go forth and resolve this matter, and deliver the head of the murderess.
