Zaryth
- Player:John Smith
- Level:1
- Experience:0 XP
- Class:Wizard
Zaryth was born in Irsim and spent almost all of his life in the same place: a little village of small importance. In fact you could say the one defining characteristic of the place was how small it was - which wasn't a bad thing.
It meant he had ample opportunity to study, having little better to do, and indeed, thanks to the teachings of his father, a retired wizard of moderate skill, he was able to learn and develop the basics of spellcraft... even if maybe he enjoyed it a little too much.
Every spell was an adventure for Zaryth. Each new incantation, each feeling of energy rising in his body, all that delighted and surprised him - and that sense of wonder and of being a little too distracted by magic never really went away.
His mother wanted him to also not slack off too much when it came to dueling, as was fitting for their people, and so he still practiced - as the years went by, in fact, he became almost certain that with a little bit of transmutative magic, he could do well for himself. Which was why he specialized in that school of magic. No enchantment or necromancy for him: those two felt a little... morally complex.
