Malleator, the Forge City, is located far west of Highspire- daringly close to the path of the raging Cyclone. This is not out of thrillseeking or dare, however. Instead, the fragmented pieces of broken land deposited by the Cyclone serve as Malleator's source of valuable minerals and metals, the molten lifeblood of its economy and culture. Though fierce in personality and starkly independent in nature, Malleator is still beneath the thumb of Highspire's reign. Thick smoke blots out the sun, and combined with its proximity to the Cyclone's wrath, the city has earned the title 'The City of Forever Night.'
