Highspire's city center is always alight with the buzz of conversation, the whistling of steam vents, and the low churning of gears just beneath the streets. Towering buildings, each filled with dozens of dorms and classrooms, lean over the streets, each complete with brick, marble, and stained glass. Nearly everything along Mainstreet is owned by the academy, with the sole exception of the Guildhall.
