Waking up buried in a shallow grave, Cohen clawed his way out in the initial struggle he faced when coming to, once the light of the afternoon reached his eyes, he found himself in a forest on the outskirts of Viridian, all without any memory of who he was or what he was doing there, only the priest garbs he was still clothed in gave any clue to his origins, that and one name... The All-Seeing.
After helping the folks in Viridian for a time and becoming a welcomed stranger there, helping with work and performing small clerical blessing for those in need, he was given the nickname Cohen, a nickname fitting for the only identity he ever held, that of a priest (based on kohen, which means priest)
While coming to relearn things with the help of the people in Viridian, he eventually sought out Highspire, feeling a strange drive, one that he believes to be guidance from the All-Seeing trying to lead him to that place... the only place he was sure would hold any answers to his past. Hitching a ride on a cargo ship that was headed there, with permission from the captain of course.
Cohen is a rather awkward individual, never too sure on how to conduct himself around others, making him stick out among others, something not helped by the dull pallid complexion his skin has taken. Though he speaks clumsily, his thoughts prove precise and focused, being very sharp and perceptive.
Joy and excitement, things that are a passing feeling for most is something that seems to practically elude him, not to say he's a cynic or brooding, but rather intense emotions struggle to form, resulting in his rather subdued personality.
The only time his personality intensifies is when he lets that odd compulsion wash over him and let it guide his steps, for it's the only time he feels confident and sure in what he's doing, following the path the All-Seeing has given him for his yet unknown purpose.
