Backstory

In the old world, Karven led a mighty goblin host that defeated and absorbed neighboring Orc and Minotaur groups. His people went to war with the human nation of Velgrave due to territorial dispute. He was warned of the impending calamity by his friend Zarvelis, but did not abandon the fight until the day the earth ripped open and the land died. 100 of his soldiers accompanied him to rendezvous with with Zarvelis, where they served to aid the migration to the "new world."

A quiet authority follows him. Hobgoblins and orcs respond to his commands instinctively. His past is whispered about - some say he led an army once, others that he lost everything. Now, he builds something new.
