Salladhor was an ambitious sailor. He once dreamed of ruling the seven seas. His ambition wasn’t only about spreading his name across every horizon, but about uniting crews, gathering ships, and building an unbeatable fleet. To him, ruling the sea meant ruling the world.

But his ambition was shattered.

His dream was answered directly by the sea, a force that knows no mercy. It sent forth an extraordinary storm as a harsh reminder that no one can conquer it. The waves crashed violently, driving Salladhor’s ship and his men backward into chaos. His ship split apart, reduced to nothing. The waters dragged everything down without exception. Only the screams of his crew remain, still echoing in his mind.

Salladhor was the only one who survived. To him, it was not a blessing. It was a curse. A cruel punishment from the sea, forcing him to live with the memory of that horror.

From that day on, Salladhor understood that he had to become better than he was before. He realized the sea is not something to be conquered. This was a lesson carved into his soul. And one day, he will return to the sea.
