Cirrus is a young Air Genasi with pale blue skin and a very light blue undercut topknot. He cuts an athletic figure and adorning his skin are celeste spiralling tattoos which run along the dimensions of his body. He wears black flats and baggy white pants cinched at the waist with a red sash and his torso is covered diagonally with a cloth wrap. He has heterochromatic eyes, his left a dark brown and his right an ethereal celeste.
