This district is largely conflicting due to the high population.

Closer towards the centre of the city, many veterans have been housed in homes called Loyalty Residences. These are often larger buildings dedicated to housing those who served or are presently serving in the military or city guard together. They are given a wing or floor of the house, often with a large communal kitchen and large shared bathroom in the basement.

The border of Jyn's Beat district and Ulck's Faith has seen some slight crossing of the poorer conditions, primarily along the south eastern wall near the gate. Here, the Crawl has slightly encroached upon the district, much to the distaste of the other residents.
