There is a SCREAMING TOWER that must be taken care of. There are all sorts of towers but this one is especially wicked as you get it from the name. This is an amazing opportunity if you want to make a name for yourself...And of course to help the area get safer.

Travel: A day or two to the northeast. Path through a thick forest.
Target: A tower that is screaming about 50' tall, rickety ,and abandoned.
Details: The Royal Survey report contains "sounds of blood-curdling humanoid-sounding screams".

Reward: The financial considerations will be handled by the Royal Survey according to the degree of charting and clearance... In the range of "a load of money".
