A middle-aged orc who stands at almost 190cm (6’2”). She is muscular and a little thickset. Her skin is a dark green with a greyish tinge and she keeps her mostly greyed hair cropped close to her head. Her tusks are sharp and her features imposing, but there is kindness in her eyes. Overall she seems to care little for her appearance beyond maintaining basic hygiene.

Gorobal’s ancestors were a wandering tribe of orcs that braved both the underground and the mists above. Her parents and paternal grandparents chose to settle in Underhaven, seeking a safe and stable life. Born in Underhaven, Gorobal never knew the nomadic life and had a happy childhood and great relationship with her family.
She apprenticed under her mother, a stonemason, and continued her trade. Her father was a farmer who imparted a love of plants and botany upon her. Gorobal was especially close to her “Oma”, her grandmother, who regaled her with stories of their tribe’s history and culture.
The short lifespans of orcs mean that now, at 32, Gorobal is the last living member of her line. She has felt lonely and withdrawn since the last of her family passed. While they lived her family discouraged her from becoming a Scout, as after all they had settled in Underhaven to raise her somewhere safe. But with no family left and a burning desire to see and catalogue the plant life of the surface, Gorobal has decided that she may as well spend the rest of her years, however many they may be, making a difference.
