Noe♡ is a tall Satyr woman (6'0) with light purple-gray fur and pale, almost purple, skin. A mark in the shape of a star stretches up her forehead and over her eyes, under which are blonde brows and lashes. Her eyes are pale blue with what look to be yellow-gold sparkles/stars. On her forehead grows a long and slender horn, glistening like opal.
Public Character Knowledge:
N/A
Noe♡ had a cushy upbringing, she was an only child that grew up sheltered from the outside world. For it was cruel and filled with those who were so bestial and vitriolic towards the world-- her father felt as if he could fix them. Through violent, cruel means. He presided over a very successful, large cult of personality, yet Noe♡ turned a blind eye to it, grown up and propagandized into believing that her father was a good man, and that those cruel people in the world could be changed after being shown love and compassion. Things she thought her father was mercifully offering the public.
With access to all the money the family could want, Noe♡ was offered the best teaching that they could find. She studied the art of wizardry and divination, throwing herself into her studies with mania until she came out a changed person. With the knowledge she had, the power she was capable of using, Noe♡ suddenly became very aware of the stars and how they seemed to watch her and discern her fate. Through this psychosis that is ongoing, she believes that there are eyes watching down on existence just like hers would watch over an anthill.
She decided to travel to meet other worthy mages and to help people see the hope and light they have inside of themselves by helping them through their problems-- for a very selfish reason. She looks down on common folk, believing she, someone who was part of a 'royal' family, is above them morally, psychically, and spiritually, yet she would never admit this. Common folk don't like being treated like experiments and projects, no.
