Specific Appearance details TBD. Somewhat tall Huli-Jing humanoid of clear eastern-aesthetic fey descent. Dressed in high-class fine clothing and carries a somewhat unsettling demeanor about them, no matter how lax they may be. They had pale white hair with red highlights and fox-eyes, hiding their true gaze. They had a somewhat easygoing smile placed eternally among their expressions, but unnerving considering its persistent nature no matter the situation he is in.
Public Character Knowledge:
They often introduce themselves by 'Humble Huyao'. A polite and courteous figure, but the insightful know there is something unsettling about their behavior. Often takes the time to help children, but other times is usually mingling in hard-to-see places people-watching.

Not a native of the Underhaven or anywhere in the material, this enigmatic figure appeared many moons ago and inserted themselves quite seamlessly into the hustle and bustle of everyday struggle.
A pleasant sort always eager to help, yet despite this affable demeanor they kept few friends or any acquaintances that kept around them for long, a deliberate choice.
Their appearance was akin to a Kitsune, but there was a noticeable quality different about them, something far older in ancestry and remarkably more Fey.
For the insightful, there was a regal air about them. Though their gaze is difficult to determine and they interact with a wide many, very few truly drew their attention.
They hail from The Jin Court.
