Asura is a tall, tanned and muscular male dressed in a modified uniform from his time as a "sailor" and a coat. Two large wings rest at his back and allow him to fly like a bird. He wears leather armor and is armed with a pair of swords. He soars through the air as fast as a falcon and slashes his foes to ribbons with quick cuts. He's cheery, optimistic, light-hearted, and a dreamer, with a fun first attitude. When it's time to take charge he's quick to come up with a plan but will always fall back with others desire to take command. He loves coin, a good fight, pretty women, flying and open spaces where he can spread his wings and feel the wind.

Asura Suncleaver grew up hearing stories of legendary heroes venturing on deadly adventures and using their whits and powers to come out alive and richer. His favorite being a story about a magical city floating in the sky, visited only by the birds and those clever enough to discover it. All those stories inspired the boy, now man, to become an adventurer hoping to find treasure and perhaps find one of those mythical lands. One day while exploring Asura happened to find a magical lamp that held a djinni within. He freed the djinni, feeling that such imprisonment was a terrible fate. And the djinni rewarded the man with one wish. Needless to say Asura asked to be able to continue his adventures but in the sky. And the djinni oblidged gifting the human man a pair of wings and a connection to the birds and winds he'd swiftly soar upon.
