Backstory:

the Art of thread bonding is a lost art, Creating souls of threads into dolls to do the bidding of a master is now only possible for a single noble family, but even for them its such a difficult process, people just think it is a lie. But still to purchase and bind with a doll is something anyone wishes for.

Adelaide is one of the oldest dolls that currently exists, having served a now fallen family for generations. having seen the estate go from close to 40 dolls down to just her, she has had to cope with the loss of workers with grafting old nonfunctioning dolls onto her own porcelain body. but with the generations of servitude, she has managed to learn and control some of the threads that control her.
