Phillips is no longer a homeless bum, he's got an apartment now!!

Problem is, his landlord - Jack - is a real ass. He keeps increasing the rent pay, sometimes by triple.

This isn't a problem for Phillips himself, the man's cashflow from all the quests he goes on makes this practically irrelevant for him; what does piss him off are the other residents who are fucked over by this.

Phillips has tried to pay Jack the share of all the residents, he's even offered to buy the building, yet for some reason.. Jack keeps refusing.

So, he's decided to go on an illegal, more rougher approach.

Issue is, Jack is a higher ranking in a mob gang, and he spends most of his time in another owned building filled to the brim with mobsters...
