Initial quest description: The Verdant Accord has called upon you brave warriors and mages to help them clear out a fortress from bandits and other creatures so that they may claim it as their own for the headquarters for the verdant Accord.

*DM Table Rules: Action for potions grant max heal, BA for potions grant rolled heals, Flanking grants adv for both parties, you always get 1 free pre cast for free which means no spell slot is consumed or any counters.
