A storm has come to the Refuge. Dark clouds cover the sky and wind and rain keep everyone inside. The storm won't let up and it's getting bad. Some have seen the Eye of the Storm. Looking at them.

Meanwhile, many people have seen a ship just off the coast of the Refuge, a single lantern lit, seemingly like a beacon. Perhaps its worth the risk to investigate the ship, some are hopeful that it might be rendering aid?
