A new resident has washed up shore near the dockyard and seems keen to begin restoring it! He says he's a sailor whose boat sank on its way from a keep not too far from the Refuge. He's built a pair of small, sturdy sailboat out of what was left over from the remains of damaged ships once moored to the dock.
