General Weapon Smiths
Regular items one can find across the Ten Towns at various blacksmiths. The Icewind Dale is far removed from your common suppliers for adventurer, however, so any goods you can find will be at higher prices and lower quantities. Better bundle up and shop early - you won't always be able to find what you're looking for during a mission.

Animal Handlers
Traveling across the Ten-Towns quickly is difficult. The fastest way is the use of Dog Sleds and domesticated Axe Beaks, both rentable in specific locations in the larger settlements. Take good care of these beasts of burden - such commodities aren't easy to come by up north.
Skull's Wandering Trinket Imporium
Skull’s shop is a small, rotting wagon piled comically high with magic items, cursed bobbles, paper notes, and at least seventeen magic-wards. You see him sitting behind a table at its front, counting coins, mead sloshing down his non-existent throat before ruining his expensive looking winter clothes. As quick as lightning, the coins disappear, and his grin looks you dead in the eyes under a silver crown. "Welcome, welcome! Honest Skull, that’s me! Now, how much you got?"
