As a refugee from Nepurna, Charlotte (SHAR-luht) grew up in humble circumstances in Bazagon. Armed with her bows and perpetual scowl, someone has placed a bet on her to be entertaining, if not a survivor, in the Great Games. With her newfound "wealth" of equipment and food, she is determined to take out some of her frustration in the gauntlets.

Charlotte stands 5 foot 4 inches and weighs 118 pounds wet, although her glare and abrasive personality make her presence seem larger. When she remembers, she washes her medium-length blonde hair and puts it in a ponytail. She wears warpaint across her eyes and bridge of her nose every day, which is what caught the eye of her benefactor.
