Cotter is a hedge wizard, who ran with a group of bandits known for robbing traveling caravans. No one ever asked how he came into his knowledge of the arcane, or why he decided to use it for banditry, they were just glad he used his magics to their advantage. Seems Cotter's luck as a bandit ran out though as he was captured by the Crown's men during a botched robbery.

For better or for worse... only time will tell with his second chance granted by The Shackled Legion.
