Call: Discord
Deep at nights there's a group of pirates who sail out to ships under the cover of night. Hold the crew hostage while they sift through their cargo and pick out things they want. They are calling this their "taxation" for entering the city of Bazagon safely.
Find their hideout and take them them. Report what you learn.
