There are two sites around Bazagon that show residiual curse energy where strange phenomena have been reported. You'll have to pick one and investigate. (One has been investigated, for the other part people with investigation skills are needed!)
This is a more story heavy mission. Combat can still end up being quite deadly. This plotline relates to the plotline of curses within Bazagon, such as the Eyesore, and sleepless curse powder.
