A bounty has been issued for a thief that has recently been robbing caravans on the roadway between Ushan and Barlydeep. Both Lord & Lady Koshiko and Hovding Luther Oakenhorn have issued warrants out for him, dead or alive.
His last known whereabouts were somewhere along the Boukan Coast. Authorities believe that since the warrant was issued, he will be trying to flee. Securing the stolen goods is priority. Whatever happens with Hayato will be up to those who capture him. Information has also been collected that during the robberies, victims have been put to sleep through unknown means. It is also under the suspicion that he was most likely not acting alone.
