After months of hard work, valiant fights, and loss of life-and-limb, the road to the village of Calm Harbor has been deemed safe enough for regular passage. The coastal glade now rings with the steady din of seagulls, cross-pull saws, and a chorus of carpenter’s hammers as the village itself is nearly rebuilt to habitable condition. For this occasion, Wojwode Daromil Mastikov has declared that a Hetman is to be appointed to govern the place and serve as Krov’s Eye’s Master-of-Ships. Ever the fair ruler, Daromil has declared that a moot shall be convened from among the local folk to select their leader from a small pool of qualified candidates.
