The "Smelly Shroom" is one of Ghee's finest restaurants. The waiting list is up to a year long, and it's the type of place where you need to "be someone" or "know someone" to even get a reservation.

The main dishes are all mushroom based, and the head chef (and proprietor), "Porta Bella" is famous for his special dish, "Shroom TarTar" which is made from a secret and highly sought mushroom, the location of which was, until recently, only known to Porta and the adventurer's he's contracted to retrieve it.

Before he reveals the secret location, or indeed, will work with anyone, he requires that they sign a 700-page "non-disclosure" agreement with him. This agreement contains all manner of clauses, all of which serve to protect Porta Bella and The Smelly Shroom from any harm, liability, or future litigation. One of the clauses states that if any adventurers don't return with the agreed-upon deliveries on time, and/or if said deliveries are damaged in any way, Porta Bella has the right not to pay them the agreed upon price and can demand a reciprocal payment as "compensation for damages" from the PCs. (of course, GM's are free and encouraged to make up whatever other clauses they feel would be appropriate).

Porta Bella is otherwise a fair businessman and will uphold his end of the agreement if all conditions have been met.
