The mage's guild is located in the City of Ghee.

This is a large Guild Hall located in the City of Ghee. The Mage's guild is responsible for creating and maintaining the many magical portals located throughout the Gi'Gabi Coast, as well as studying and safekeeping the many dangerous artifacts found in the world.

The Mages High Council consists of an undetermined number of mages who have shown exceptional skill in their craft and ascended to the upper echelons of the guild. There are various ways to ascend to the High Council, many of which involve raw skill, wealth, status and elections. The identities of these Mages are not always public. Ellmore Limonas is one of the current mages that the Laurel League has interacted with.
