An assassin that comes from a syndicate of underground assassin ribbets. They go unnoticed because of their unthreatening appearance. They have bases in the sewer systems in large cities or in major waterways hidden in plain sight. He was raised by his uncle a huge ribbet (5 feet tall) that has a high rank within the syndicate. Rodger has never been able to live up to his uncles standards and is looking to prove himself and maybe find a place in the world above.
