Kosic is from a nomadic tribe of mixed human and elf ancestry that travel the fringes of the frontiers to work as mercenaries, and looks a bit more elven than human. He is slender, but toned, and his skin is a ruddy olive typical of Desert Elf heritage with wavy black hair hacked short. His clothes are plain, but sturdy and well-woven to wear well and long.

He tends to be very reserved, unless discussion about runes, ruins, or history is on the table, and then he can be a bit over-enthusiastic. He trained in his early years as a Skirmish Battle-Mage, shaping the field to seek an advantage before closing in with steel and fury. Soon after gaining some autonomy to study as he liked, he ran afoul of his clan's traditions very early into his adulthood.
