Stringfellow was raised on a magical wild game preserve. He was trained as all his clan was as a game warden and caretaker. During his late teenage years The magical wards that maintain the preserve were sabotaged and The preserve was overrun by poachers hired by some strange unknown magical force. His clan that survived was scattered to the four winds to make their way as best they can. They live isolated as the magical entity or organization that caused their downfall continues to hunt them to this day.

Stringfellow makes his way as a wandering healer, tracker, Hunter, and warrior. He tries to remain isolated but loves others strongly whether​ they be plant, animal, or being of higher sentience. He sees his job as a protector and enforcer of the natural world. His mother deemed him the clans evenstar. Sadly he never learned what the appellation meant or what lore it was derived from.
