At best, Oranis can be described as quiet but knowledgeable. The people who have to work with her often have less kind things to say: she's dismissive, she lurks, she hoards knowledge and doesn't take initiative on jobs, her RBF causes actual mechanical stress and magical damage. But the Laurel League still keeps her on the roster for some reason.
