On the way to Rathalas, our band encountered a bandit defector and learned a bit about the current state of affairs in the ruined city. A large organization of bandits who have been harrying the unclaimed hills is headquartered in Rathalas and has recently come under new management. Some of the rank-and-file are unhappy with the new direction their business is going and either have defected or might be willing to assist a group of outsiders.
