Sisco's illegitimate father was a Cleric in Bastion who secretly worshipped the Saint of Criminals. He went off on a mission a long time ago and never returned. Sisco took after his father's beliefs, preserving what remained of the texts and manuscripts in a secret cache in the city. A new-er member of the Blue Water Company, Sisco has aspirations to spread his faith amongst it's members. He struggles with his faith due to its rule against killing for money.
