Violet Floralie is a faerie druid with black hair, pale skin, and soft pink eyes. Pink butterfly like wings rest behind her back, and she stands around 5 FT tall. She wears a black and white puffy dress of her own design and a broken heart locket she found while wandering the forest, a keepsake she refuses to part with. Violet believes her fashion and herself are unlike anyone else.
She is driven by curiosity rather than caution. Violet goes where other fae refuse, following screams and strange lights, touching thorned and glowing things despite the forest’s warnings. She listens to ghosts by the rivers and speaks to broken objects as if they can still hear her.
Violet laughs easily, acts on impulse, and grows attached quickly. People are drawn to her without knowing why. She can charm you with a smile and just as quickly take something from you if she believes it belongs somewhere more alive.
As a child, Violet once sat among the faerie children listening to an elder tell stories of the outside world. She learned of the world of people of gods bleeding into the sky, of laws of creation coming undone, and of what remained: ruins, and those stubborn enough to walk among them. She heard of cities and cultures that still survived, and of people trying to make the world better anew.
She wanted to know how those stories ended.
Without saying a word, Violet left her home to become part of them. She learned of the Ember Charter and knew it was where she belonged. In her own quiet, stubborn way, she believes the world and its story deserves an ending. Good or bad, she wants to be part of it.
Other fae call her reckless. The remnants of humanity call her mad. Even some of her own fear she will get them all killed chasing echoes and forgotten gardens.
But Violet refuses to turn away.
She listens when others don’t and she always answers.
