Billie grew up on a farm in a small town not too far away from Halcyon City. She always wanted to become a "real superhero", even though she has no superpowers. He moved to Halcyon City about a year ago, and put on the improvised hero suit he took with him to go "fight crime" almost immediately after.

They only recently got into Eclipse Academy, and are all starry eyed about it. Who knows how they will react to reality once that dreamy bubble pops...
