Santana Georges was just your average teen model on the catwalk for Heartbeat Models when a freak space accident occurred! A chunk of meteorite crashed through a window and struck Santana, embedding itself in her chest and creating a strange symbiosis with an alien light creature dubbed Blondie. Unable to remove the rock without risk of her own life, the now literal super model decided to put her new powers to work helping others as Sol Luminescence, with some prompting fro Heartbeat Models.

Santana is a striking Hispanic young woman who is always dressed in the latest trends with a critical eye towards others. Working in tandem with Blondie she is able to manipulate light to create constructs as needed.
