Existential surfer boy, cursed from childhood to be dissolved into the ocean by his enemy who killed his father when he attacked their town. Took care of his mom who streams on Masks!Twitch as she is wheelchair-bound but she insists on him going to school and enjoying his childhood.

He doesnt care for school but he does want his mom to be happy so he does the bare minimum (honestly he ditches so much)

He has the ability to create psychic constructs, though he usually just uses them to get around like his skateboard and surfboard and uses his telekinesis to help get around easier. He does have super strength and speed but you would need to force him into actually using them.
