Oliver Smith spent most of days training to become future Olympic track and field athlete. However one practice trial caused his powers to manifest in the worst way, destroying his dream of achieving gold. Even though his career path has been closed off to him, he's managed to find a new place among the vigilante community as the hero Pulsar.

Personality:

Kind, a little reserve, sometimes comes out of his shell around others. Can be quite geeky at times depending on what topic is being discussed (usually reality tv shows or video games)

Powers: Cosmic Energy

Oliver naturally draws in energy around him and can convert it for flight or energy projection. If he charges up enough, he can channel dark matter which changes his look and augmenting his abilities, though it tends to come with volatile effects.
