From the outside, this appears to be a small and cozy library tucked among the winding streets of Luma. Upon entering, the full grandeur becomes apparent: the library extends far beyond its external dimensions into a shifting labyrinth of books, scrolls, and other repositories of knowledge. A sign visible upon entering directs visitors to wash their hands at either of the washrooms located near the entrance. Visitors who do not wash their hands may find themselves blocked from using the library by members of staff or escorted from the premises by the library itself.
The library is a living structure. Pedestals featuring crystals can be found dotted throughout which allow visitors to request knowledge. Approach the pedestal and think what information you seek, and the library will shift its contents to provide access to the shelves in question.
As a living structure, the library can respond to hostile intent. Causing trouble in the library may result in it spitting troublemakers out. The librarians are also present to respond to the library's needs and operate as agents to carry out its will. Though the library is sentient, it only responds to visitors by shifting its contents, and those who are psychic can get a general sense of its emotional state. It does not directly communicate with people.
