Crystals: Multicolor, Abundant
One of the more magical areas of the city, Baskfell is home to the ⁠Library of Lost Knowledge and features crystals in every possible color. The crystals are so numerous, they are the district's only source of illumination at night, filling the streets with colorful lights. The district also boasts a fine park, which is a popular venue for public events.

• Library of Lost Knowledge -
• Festival Park - Festival Park features a large, open field of grass ringed by shaded, tree-lines paths. At the edge of the field sits a massive oak tree rising almost two hundred feet into the air and with a trunk circumference of 50 feet. Paved courtyards provide staging areas for festivals and performances. Public games of dragonchess can be played or observed here.
• House of Kindled Flames - Along the north wall of the city lies the House of Kindled Flames, Luma's orphanage. A large oak tree in the front shades the lawn where children run and play throughout the day. The interior of this free-standing building houses those children who have found themselves in Luma via Luma Crystal, and they are provided with food and instruction until such time as they are able to depart.
• Enclave of Elder Elementalists (EEE) - Situated in a lopsided building with slightly too many towers (several attached in ways that seem to defy physics and must require magic), EEE is the premiere Spellcasters' guild in Luma.
