Appearance

A 5' 11" (180 cm) human male with sideswept brown hair and tired, green eyes. His discerning expression gives off an air of standoffishness, like he is hard to impress. Beneath his robes, he is wrapped in white cloth like a mummy. He carries a staff with him at all times.

Background

Iuri traveled through different dimensions before arriving in Luma. He is a sorcerer and librarian. He sometimes has a familiar cat (Shadow) or his pet shadow mastiff (Stella Carpathia) with him. His dimensional alter, Iuri Gavrilenko, is a member of the Mage Council.

Personality

Iuri can be a bit unfriendly at first. He is wary of strangers and doesn't like many social connections in his life. He's a good librarian, though, and will readily help visitors--provided they are polite and respect the library. To those who earn his friendship, he is extremely kind and forgiving. Narcoleptic, he is often found sleeping in random areas of the library. He is also generally lazy and does most things with magic.
